Panel guide
A tour of every screen in your dashboard, in the order you'll typically use them. Everything here is available to you as a client - no admin access required.
#Dashboard
Your operations overview - the first thing to check each day.
- Headline counters: alerts in the last 24h, players online, active investigations, active bans, live surveillance sessions.
- A map of recent player activity, plus leaderboards for the top triggered rules and top offenders (last 7 days).
- A feed of recent suspicious activity with detection type, severity, player and timestamp.
#Alerts
The triage queue - where every detection lands.
- Filter by severity (critical high medium low) and status, plus a date range.
- Sort by severity or most recent occurrence.
- Bulk actions: mark investigating, resolve, false-positive, or add to a case.
- Per-alert quick actions: create a case, apply a sanction, add to watchlist, or put the player under surveillance.

- Create a case from scratch or straight from an alert.
- Filter by status (open / investigating / resolved / closed) and priority; search by player or title.
- Multi-player support - group co-conspirators in one case.
Inside a case
- Overview - overview, description and key stats.
- Evidence - the alerts linked as evidence (link/unlink freely).
- Timeline - a chronological event history per player, with a noise filter to hide low-signal telemetry.
- Sanctions - warns/kicks/bans applied in the case.
- Notes - timestamped investigator notes.
